Some tips for keep beauty with Food!

Beautiful skin with Food

  • Regular intake of berries and other fruits and vegetables can help keep your brain young.
  • The rumour seems to be true: red wine contains chemical that reduce your chances of heart disease – when it is drunk in moderation of course.
  • There is a chemical in tomato skins, which is also found in watermelons, guava and red grapefruit, that acts as a natural sunscreen, helping to keep your skin younger for longer.
  • The idea that everyone should drink two litres of water every day is a myth; the amount of water your body needs depends on many factors, and your natural thirst mechanism kicks in long before you are dehydrated.
  • Spinach is a great source of pigments that protect the retina; they can help protect your eyes from damage and, in particular, a disease called age-related macular degeneration.
